DATES AND CONFERENCE VENUE
The 9th Wonca Rural Health World Conference will take place from June 12 to June 14, 2009 at the Creta Maris Hotels in Heraklion, Crete, Greece.
LANGUAGE
English will be the official language of the Conference.
BADGES
Delegates' badges will be available at the Conference Secretariat in the Conference Venue. It is compulsory for all participants to wear their badges at all times both in the Conference and the Exhibition Areas.
AUDIOVISUAL EQUIPMENT
A Speaker Ready Room will operate throughout the duration of the Conference. Speakers
are kindly requested to hand in all material of their presentation (slides, floppy discs, USB-key, CD-ROM) at least one (1) hour before their scheduled presentation time.
Please note slides should be 5cm x 5cm each.
The following equipment will be available:
- Laptop
- Data video projector (PowerPoint Presentation)
- Overhead projector
- Double slides projector
- Laser pointer
